PLACING AN ORDER
Browse the NapQueen catalog to select your purchase. Click on the item you wish to place an order for and click on ‘Add to cart’.
When all the items you wish to order are selected and added to the cart with the quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” option to move to the next step. You can also increase the quantity of the products from the “Quantity” option available in My cart before heading to the final step.
You will then be asked for your shipping and payment information. Please take a look at all the Payment Options available for you and choose the one you want to make the payment from.
Once you have successfully made your payment, the order will be processed & shipped. For more information, please see the Shipping Policy.

NapQueen online is set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment
Please note: For Visa and MasterCard you need to provide your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card). For credit card transactions you have to enroll your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the payment. For American Express Cards you will be asked to provide your 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.

Our products are liable for GST in India.
All the international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.

What is a CVV/CVC?
The Credit Verification Value aka CVV or the Credit Validation Code aka CVC is an important security feature that reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number will never appear on sales receipts or billing statements and can be only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter your CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is in the form of 3 or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card near the signature area.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMSWe highly apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will try to contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled. NapQueen Online does not backorder, i.e., we do not accept orders which we cannot fulfill immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICYHave second thoughts? You can cancel your order without any charges payable, within the stipulated period. However, if your order has been shipped, we will be unable to process the cancellation.

SHIPPING POLICYOrders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi or Noida by courier. Please allow us with the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.
For Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 3-4 business days. You can expect the delivery of the order within 5-6 business days. For locations that are in the interiors or are difficult coverage areas, then it may take between 9-12 working days.
For International orders All the international orders are also processed within 1-2 weeks. You can expect delivery of the order within 2-3 weeks.
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE HANDLED AS FOLLOWSCash on Delivery Orders
Cash on delivery will take approximately 2-7 working days for all metro cities (Monday to Saturday). Some additional days may be required for remote areas.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. All the extra charges like shipping and handling charges will be mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Returns & Refund Policy
An item is eligible for return if the product fulfills any of the following conditions

Our teams will first examine the products returned to verify if the product is in the condition to be exchanged or not. We will further issue a product exchange with an authorization number for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
All returnable products must be attached with the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number (received from the customer service). Courier costs are not refundable and need to be paid by the customer.
For size exchange/product exchange no charges will be levied on the customers. Please note:Exchange/ Return of item(s) (as mentioned above) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:
Please allow us one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We will contact you once your return is complete.
Return/exchange requests are subject to inspection and checking by the NapQueen Team. If you claim any damage during the delivery process, please feel free to contact us through an email with product images and the batch number, within 7 days of the delivery. We will take 48-72 hours to perform the quality checks once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate a return/exchange process. Any damages due to neglect, improper usage or will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
In cases of refund, after the quality check, the refund will be initiated in the following method:-
Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
